Anthony Troskey, age 96. Anthony joined his loving wife, Beverley, and his wonderful grandson, Anthony in heaven on August 7th, 2017. He passed away peacefully surrounded by love.

Dear father of Karen (the late Larry) McCraney, Susan (William) Simmerer, Jerry (Marlene) Troskey and Thomas. Blessed with 11 granchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

Born November 5th, 1920 to Anthony and Elizabeth Troskey in Kulpmont, PA. He is survived by his brother Francis and preceded in death by his sisters Victoria, Dorothy, and Elizabeth.

He was a WWII Navy Veteran. In 1943, he married the love of his life Beverley. Following his discharge from the Navy, he joined Ford Motor Company as an electrician. His love of travel led him to seek other opportunities. In 1949, he established the Troskey Insurance Agency.

Throughout his career, he was able to travel extensively with his beloved wife, children and many friends. His agency evolved into TFC and Associates Inc., a fourth generation insurance agency located in Farmington Hills.

He was a man filled with faith and love of God and his family. He was an inspiration to all and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11th from 2-8:00pm with a 7pm Rosary Service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills. Anthony's life will be celebrated on Saturday, August 12th at 10:30am, instate at 10am at St. Fabian Catholic Church, 32200 W. 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills.

Memorial donations may be made to St Vincent de Paul Society, 531 Common Street, Walled Lake, Michigan.
