Naomi Ruth Parker Turner, age 90 of Farmington Hills, passed away January 14, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Ivor “Jack” for 65 years. Dear aunt of Larry (Christine) Parker and Pam Stewart. Cherished friend of Bill and Barb Sirr, Jamie and Steven Schehr, Kay Grigg, and Bonnie and Ross Williamson.

Ruth was born in the south, and soon after, her family moved to the Detroit area where she grew up. After graduating from Highland Park High, she entered the workforce and continued her long career working for several companies including Allstate, AAA, the real estate industry and as an office manager for the Henry Ford Trade School Alumni Association for 31 years. Ruth was a dear friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew here.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
