Dolores M. Leszczynski, age 98 of Southfield, passed away September 3, 2018.

She was the beloved wife of Norbert for 61 years. Loving mother of Michael (Kathy) Thornton, Craig (Janie) Lesinski and the late Joanne Ross. Proud grandmother of Lisa Zaborowski, Jeffrey Thornton, Jim Thornton, Kelly Czekaj, Matt Thornton, Dolores Coates, David Lesinski, Michael Lesinski and Katie Amon. Great-grandmother of Sarah Mekelburg, Heather Zaborowski, Ryan Zaborowski, Patrick Thornton, Stephen Thornton, Lindsay Czekaj, David Czekaj, Daniel Czekaj, Aubrey Lesinski, Braxton Lesinski, Addlyn Lesinski, Ainsley Lesinski, Broderick Lesinski, Emily Amon, Charlie Amon, Jackson Amon, Trevor Coates, Bethany Coates and Melissa Coates. Great-great-grandmother of 2 on their way. Dear sister of Jack Raby, the late Gladys Swanson and the late Stewart Young.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. rosary service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Mrs. Leszczynski will lie in state on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. until the time of her funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Fabian Catholic Church, Farmington Hills. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
