Charles “Mel” Webster, age 95, passed away October 21, 2018.

He was the beloved husband of the late Marie. Loving father of Bill (Kim), Jim (Steffanie), Dave, Tom and Ken (Char). Proud grandfather of Terry, Taylor, Elizabeth, Marlow, Brendon and Emma. Dear brother of Betty and Gordon (Magdalen). Also survived by one niece and several nephews.

Mel was a longtime volunteer with the Salvation Army and Target retirees.

Visitation for Mel will be held on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. rosary service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. He will lie in state on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. until the time of his funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Fabian Catholic Church, Farmington Hills.
