Helen Larson, age 90, passed away on October 23, 2018.  Helen was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 21, 1928.  She is survived by her six children; Kathleen (David Shutes) Larson, Barbara (Daniel Jaster) Watson, Eric (Anna) Larson, Brigid Larson, Amy (Jerry) Ruhlig, and Suzanne (Robert) Osburn; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and her sister, Elenor Kosinski. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; Stefania and Julian Karwecki and her brother, Joseph Karwecki.

Helen had a passion for the arts. She enjoyed painting with watercolors and listening to music, especially opera. Helen cherished time spent reading, sewing, and going out to eat. She also loved to travel, having been on many cruises with family and friends. She will be missed dearly.

A Memorial Mass for Helen will be held on Friday, Ocober 26th, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas a’ Becket Catholic Church, 555 S Lilley Rd, Canton, MI.
