Jeff Hahn passed away November 4, 2018 at the age of 43. He was the loving husband of Amy; adored father of Jenna and Lucas Torni and Mackenzie and Chloe Hahn; cherished son of Rebecca and Larry Hahn; caring brother of Jennifer (Daniel) Mellen; and a dear member of the ‘Wolf Pack’.

Jeff passed away after a brief battle with esophageal cancer. He was a graduate of Clarkston High School in 1993 and became a Senior Program Manager for Yazaki North America. He led a very active lifestyle; always working out, four wheeling, and bicycle riding. Jeff had a tenacious spirit and was a hard worker and great friend. He was very polite and always had a smile on his face. Jeff loved his family and his dog, Felix; he would do anything for them. He will be missed immensely.

Jeff’s visitation will be Wednesday, November 7th, from 1pm-8pm with his Funeral Service Thursday, November 8th, at 10:30am at McCabe Funeral Home: Canton Chapel, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Jeff’s children’s college fund in his name.
