Sally JoAnne Hollbusch, age 81 of Arcadia, passed away November 28, 2019.

She was the beloved wife of Gerd “Gus” Hollbusch for 58 years. Loving mother of Glenn (Lynn) Hollbusch. Cherished grandmother of Heather, Lindsey and Erich. Dear sister to Tom, Sr. Edith and the late Jim Hollbusch.

Sally JoAnne Martinek was born on February 23, 1938 to James and Edith Hollbusch in Southfield, MI. She graduated from Shrine Catholic High School in 1956. Soon after, Sally married Gus Hollbusch on December 31, 1961. The two spent almost 58 wonderful years together. When Sally wasn’t working as a receptionist at her brother’s Monument Company, she spent her free time reading and keeping a clean home. Sally even obtained her amateur radio operators license. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Visitation Thursday, December 5th, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at St Thomas a’ Becket Catholic Church, 555 S Lilley Rd., Canton.

Memorial donations in Mrs. Hollbusch’s name are appreciated to American Red Cross.
