David Allen Smith passed away March 28, 2020 at the age of 69.

He was the faithful husband of Kim Smith. Devoted father of Jennifer (Dondi), Carrie (Chris), Casey (Amy), Ian (Emily), Channing (Kae), Amber, and David Conner. Loving brother of Roger (Brenda), the late James, Jo (Billy), Donna (Woody), and Ted (Martina). Wonderful Papa to Aidan, Annika, Liam, Wyeth, Barrett, Lucas, Sofia, and Tora. David leaves behind numerous family, friends, and colleagues who will miss him dearly.

David was born on March 7, 1951 in Barboursville, W. Virginia to Margaret Mae Armstrong and James Calvin Smith.

A Celebration of Life for David will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Colorectal Cancer Alliance in his name.
