Marvin L. Tyghem, age 76 of Farmington Hills, passed away August 4, 2020.

Marvin was a loving husband and devoted father who was deeply loved by his family. He had a successful career in manufacturing and was a cherished friend to many throughout his life. He will truly be missed beyond measure.

He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth for 56 years. Loving father of Mark. Dear brother of Tom (Margo). Brother-in-law of JoAnn (the late Jim) McCready and Mary Lou Pala. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many very dear friends.

Visitation for Mr. Tyghem will be held on Thursday, August 13th, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at Brightmoor Christian Church, 40800 W. 13 Mile Rd., Novi. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Farmington.

Memorial donations in Mr. Tyghem's name are appreciated to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Politely keeping everyone's safety in mind, family and friends will be asked to wear a mask and maintain proper distancing while attending visitation and funeral services.
