Barbara “Babe” Mulrooney, age 89 of Farmington Hills, passed away February 16, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of the late Patrick for 50 years. Loving mother of Pat (Becky), Terri (Tom) Desautels, and Bill (Suzette). Proud grandmother of Nicole (Shane) Omell, Jimmy (Mandy), Mike, Britney, Jake, Brianna, Kristin, and Sean. Great-grandmother of Callahan. Dear sister of MaryHelen (Pete) Hrit and the late Louise Ann (the late Jack) McNulty.

Visitation for Babe will be held on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. Rosary Service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. She will lie in state on Wednesday, February 23rd, at 10:00 a.m., until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Fabian Catholic Church, 32200 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Interment will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Babe's name are appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
