Regina "Reggie" Corsi

September 15, 1926 - November 19, 2022

Regina “Reggie” Corsi, age 96, passed away November 19, 2022.

With family always at the forefront of Regina’s mind, naturally she shined as a devoted wife and mother. Raising five children, and working alongside her husband as his secretary, Reggie made sure all were lovingly guided and well cared for.

Whether it be a dinner or pool party, Reggie adored hosting large get-togethers for extended family members. She also loved to travel the world, together with her husband, including Italy, Tahiti and Hawaii, to name a few favorites. For Reggie and Jack’s 50th wedding anniversary, the whole family joined them on a cruise, one that will never be forgotten. Rarely there was a time Reggie could be found without her family by her side, unless, of course, one of her therapeutic trips to Costco was in order.

Reggie was blessed with a long and full life, even surviving her own bout with the covid pandemic at the age of 93. With her strong will and constant determination, Reggie left an indelible mark in this world. Countless memories were made with her dear family, along with a wonderful legacy left, that will truly be treasured forever.

Regina was the beloved wife of the late Jack for 65 years. Loving mother of Gayle (Michael) Staskiewicz, the late James (Dawn) Corsi, Dr. Paul (Melissa) Corsi, the late John Corsi and the late Deborah Corsi. Cherished grandmother of Ashley Gilvydis, Kayla (Anthony) Arcangeli, Joey Staskiewicz, and Brandon, Jack, Joshua, Benjamin, Nicholas, Matthew and Jacob Corsi. Dear sister of the late Thaddeus and the late August Czaszynski.

She will lie in state on Wednesday, November 23rd at 10:30 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Fabian Catholic Church, 32200 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
