Richard Lietzke, age 75 of West Bloomfield, passed away November 23, 2022. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 11, 1947, to Earl and Ethel Lietzke.

Richard attended Cooley High School in Detroit, Michigan and graduated 1965. He spent most of his career working for Douglas & Lomason Company which was later acquired by Magna Seating. After many years of dedication to the company, Richard retired in February 2021.

Richard was an avid golfer and a long-time member of the Twin Beach Country Club in West Bloomfield. He also enjoyed cooking good food for family and friends. Richard will be deeply missed by all knew and loved him.

Richard was the beloved husband of Geraldine for 46 years. Dearest brother of Jeannette (the late Phil) Medlyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Ethel Lietzke.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 10th, at 1:00 p.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 4300 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, with a memorial gathering beginning at 12:30 p.m.
