Rev. Dr. Hyo Chul Shin, age 66 of Farmington Hills, passed away January 30, 2023.

He was the beloved husband of Mi Hye Shin for 37 years. Loving father of Danny Shin, Sarah Shin, and Johannes Shin. Father-in-law of Mi Rim Kang. Grandfather of Roy Shin and Laura Shin. Also survived by his older brother, Ki Chul Shin.

Visitation for Rev. Shin will be held on Thursday, February 2nd, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of his evening service at 7:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. He will lie in state on Friday, February 3rd, at 9:00 a.m., until the time of his Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at Korean Presbyterian Church of Michigan, 30465 Farmington Rd., Farmington Hills, MI 48334.
