I am so sorry for your loss and offer sincere condolences to you and your family. Many people have found the Bible to be a reliable source of comfort and hope. 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4 say's "The God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial."

I am sorry to hear of the recent loss of your loved one. No matter when or how it happens, death seems unnatural to us and rightly so. The bible describes death as an "enemy" at 1Corinthians 15:26. However, that same scripture mentions a promise that death will be brought to nothing. I hope that this promise that God offers brings you some comfort at this difficult time.

My sympathy to your family. It is not easy to lose a loved one in death. The pain of the loss can be overwhelming. May God's word found at Isaiah 25:8 bring you and your family comfort.
