I look back as a young girl and remember how much I looked up to Mrs. Salley, she was gorgeous, loving, and graceful. I remember her sweet smile and kind laugh, someone who cared a lot. I'm so sorry she's gone ?

Michelle seemed to have an infinite capacity to love and spread joy to everyone she met. I am so lucky to have known her, and I know her kindness will live on in all the lives she has touched. I am sending all my love and prayers to you, Tim, Carter, and Reese.

Michelle was a wonderful person. The world is an emptier place without her but she touched so many lives. My deepest condolences to the Mead and Salley families and in particular to Tim, Carter and Reese. She spoke so warmly of you all.

Michelle will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Our family was blessed to have such a loving & caring sister-in-law and gracious & supportive aunt to all of her nieces and nephews. By gathering the family around the table to play games at so many of our holiday gatherings, Michelle taught all of us the importance of spending time together, laughing, and making lasting memories. She embraced all that life had to offer and shared her sunshine wherever she would go. The bond that Michelle, Tim, Carter & Reese had was a beautiful one, along with the love she had for her family in Iowa. We are grateful for having Michelle in our lives and will cherish every memory of her.

Reading all the beautiful messages in this Guestbook on how people felt about Michelle is so heartwarming. She was a wonderful soul that will be remembered always. Michelle was my nurse whenever I went to the A-fib clinic at Beaumont. She was always kind ad caring. We always had interesting conversations about education. My profession was in education and we always spent time discussing education in general and her boys education in particular. She was a very special person and will be missed. In Serbian we say Vec Naja Pamjat which translated means may her memory be eternal. I am sure hers will be.

Tim, Carter and Reese, I attended school with Michelle from k-12 grade. She is an amazing, beautiful, kind and the most caring soul. She made a lasting impression on everyone she knew. She will be missed by many. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

We are blessed to have known Michelle through Bruce and Gail.

Michelle and I became friends at our gym several years ago. We spent many hours sweating together!! Over the past year we had communicated nearly every day... She was the strongest, bravest person... She touched so many lives in her lifetime... I am so happy to have known her and been her friend... The world is less bright without her, but her memory will shine on forever...

I met the Salley Family at our kids Kindergarten round up. We immediately were drawn to Michelle - her sense of humor, smile and caring nature and became fast friends. Our hearts are broken for your entire family. You have our never-ending prayers and support as you navigate this difficult time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle while she was working in the Afib lab at Beaumont then found ourselves working together, again, in pre-screening. The most lovely person I've ever met.

Michelle was special beyond words and made the world a better place. Rest In Peace my special friend; I will think about you every day for the rest of my life and I will always remember how lucky I am to have known you.

The best sister a girl could ask for... she was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

We grieve with you and the family in the loss of our wonderful neighbor Michelle. I remember when we became neighbors she was quick to invited me and my kids over to the gala Halloween party, where everyone had a fantastic time. Michelle has her wings now there will be no more pain and no suffering. She'll be watching over her family and friend as if she were here. We love you Michelle rest in heaven.

I am Tim's second cousin on his father Bruce's side. I am so terribly sorry to Tim and his precious children on the loss of a bright, beautiful wife, mother and friend.
