I Remember...

We worked together for 2 years and in nursing, you see a person's heart in ways you normally wouldn't. Gracie was a kind and compassionate soul of strong faith and conviction. Her stories of how her extended family became one touched my heart. She had a sense of humor that was not only refreshing but could help us through life and death situations that was invaluable. Rest now dear lady. You will be remembered with love.

I remember nursing school, studying for exams and trying to figure it out! And we did. I remember working with you and we had such a good time, I remember when we would talk and you would say comfortable but in your way ( comportable). I have memories of you making me puto, my very first time ever having it was with you and when you made it you always brought me some. The dinner you made for me and my mom at your house-( delicious) you always invited me to your home for functions even your brothers wedding that me and my mom attended. I have so many memories with you that may not seem like much to others reading this but meant the world to me. I remember you always telling me how much you loved the girls and how proud of them you are, and how lucky you were to find such a great husband in Glenn and what a wonderful man he is to you and the girls.
