Bill was so generous in sharing his love of WWII flight - taking the whole 1st Presbyterian men's group to The Yankee Air Museum numerous times. And we men loved sharing the Tuesday morning Men's Breakfast ritual with Bill. The choir will not be the same without him there.
Memories
Very sad to hear. Worked with Bill at GM for may years on axles and have many great memories. Even after retirement he would use his hockey tickets to take me to a game. I really enjoyed following his involvement with the WWII war planes. He was very passionate about them and I admired his hobby. All the best to his family!! Enjoy the wild blue yonder Bill.
Bill sticking an M-80 on top of a gallon jug of gasoline in the ball-field in West Alexander, lighting the fuse and providing a great spectacle for the whole community.
