Cousin Tom, as I drove home, Thursday afternoon, from your Committal Service at Great Lakes National Cemetery, I thought about the many years and many adventures we had together as young kids and about the many times I got to stay over night at your house on Grandview and the many times we played in your dad's workshop. As we got older I would ride my bike over to your house for a visit and a bike trip. Later in life, and after your return from Vietnam, I recall taking some short trips on our motorcycles together. Our last outing was in August 2015 when we went to the Air Show in Ypsilanti with Cousin Larry and my brother Bob. I am sorry we never got to go to some of the car shows and car events that we had talked about. Take care, fly High, say hello to everyone for me and I will see you down the road some day. I remember spending many weekends with Tom and Judy. Tom taught me how to waterski, he took me on my first airplane ride. I remember watching him fly his remote control planes, going to see the Blue angel air show with Tom. We vacationed at Disney World together, camped , and golfed together. Tom was a " lover" of life, a " doer" , he loved to joke around and laugh. Tom will be greatly missed! He was a great big brother (brother-in-law).
