Uncle Carl was always so much fun when we went out to eat. A few years ago, in Florida, he kept us entertained with stories of his younger (wilder!) days and had the whole table laughing. You couldn't go wrong by taking his recommendations for dinner! We are comforted by the many years we knew him. Love & hugs to all our family.

Carl was my sister Carol's next door neighbor and Violet still is. As good neighbors they looked out for each other. Carl was a top of the line person as is Violet. He will be deeply missed. Heartfelt condolences to the Bayoff and Ilitch families.
