Roberto Pallisco, the only child of Tommaso and Violante Pallisco, was born in Arpino, Italy on August 11, 1939.

Back in Italy, Roberto comes from a family of Generals, Judges, and top Prosecutors. In 1950, at the age of 11, he made the journey to America. It was there that he met and married the love of his life, Kathleen (Alexander) Pallisco. The two shared 62 years of life, love, and laughter. Their blessed union yielded three sons: Thomas; Mark, married to Lori; and Eugene, married to Marie. Roberto built a family that grew and was further blessed with 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. This larger-than-life man spent his time traveling, and sharing adventures, with his beloved wife. After a long-standing career in multiple businesses, Roberto enjoyed his retirement by surrounding himself with his loving family and friends. A lover of great food, good wine, and his home country, Roberto enriched the lives of all those that had the pleasure of knowing him. He went to his final resting place on August 1st, 2021 at the age of 81. All those that knew him, and loved him, are better for his presence in their lives and he will be dearly missed. His memory will live on in the hearts and minds of the family he created and the stories they tell.

Visitation for Roberto will be held on Friday, August 6th, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. He will lie in state on Saturday, August 7th, at 10:00 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Refuge Parish, 3700 Commerce Rd., Orchard Lake.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Roberto’s name are appreciated to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
