Vena Marie Thanos was born on October 11, 1999 and passed away December 21, 2021.

She was the cherished daughter of Dino and Diane Thanos. Loving sister of Angelia, Dino and Niko. Beloved granddaughter of Evangeline (Roy) Linder. Dear Goddaughter of Anna (Brian) Carroll. Beloved niece of Lisa (Mike) Sturm, Michele (Brian “UB”) Heikkuri, Stacey Lawson, Debbie (Dale) Roberts and Shawn (Shannon) Hawkins. Also survived by many dear cousins and extended family members. She was predeceased by her grandparents Vena and Angello Thanos and David Hawkins.

Visitation for Vena will be held on Monday, December 27th, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Trisagion at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. She will lie in state on Tuesday, December 28th, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, 25225 Middlebelt Rd., Farmington Hills.
