I Remember...

Playing golf with Ed, Mr Goran (neighbor), Dan & myself up north near the Lough cottage, circa 1985. Ed wasn't a big golfer, but Mr Goran talked him into playing. Ed was so competitive, he hated not playing well. Every time Ed made a putt, Mr Goran would encourage him & shout "NICE shot Eddie". I have never seen Ed play golf since. What a great memory of Ed's spirit, good attitude and competitiveness.

It was always a pleasure to play bridge with Ed. When one reached his table you were welcomed heartily and assured that there would be fun and laughter. He was a gentleman and an avid opponent. He will genuinely be missed. Charlene Spitza

Mr Ed left this world without a single enemy. He was a friendly guy with a sense of humor even Covid couldn't beat. He was very patient trying to improve my bridge game over the past 20- years. He will be greatly missed.
