STUCKY, John H. age 91 passed away June 8, 2017. Loving husband of the late Lucille Sparrow Stucky (‘17) and late Beatrice Bamford Stucky (‘97).  Devoted father of Janet and Judy (Condren). Cherished grandfather of Jonathan (Natalie), Anna (Yves), Ruth (Dustin), Kamie (Jonathan), Christopher, Gaetano (Natalie), Frank Jr., Michael, and Matthew and great grandfather of Jonah, Liam, Keira, Silas, Finley, Amélie, and Francesco. Dear brother of Janet Brown, Joyce Burk, and the late Samuel Stucky (‘11).

John was the great grandson of David Stucky, the founder of the Detroit Rescue Mission. John dedicated his life to ministry in both the U. S. and Brazil as well as the eradication of polio through Rotary International.

Visitation Thursday 9:30am until time of Funeral Service 10am at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton, MI. Interment at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, MI. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Polio Plus Fund of Rotary International in his name.
