Donald Francis Mero passed away May 6, 2019 at the age of 91. He was the loving husband of Betty Jane for 65 years; devoted father of Susan (John) and Patricia (Craig); and cherished brother of the late Mary Kraft and late Joseph Mero. Donald will also be missed by his favorite neighborhood children, Amy, Hannah and Eli.

Donald was a Naval veteran who served during WWII. He later became the owner of Ottone and Mero cement company and retired after many years of dedication.

Donald’s Memorial Visitation will be Friday, May 17th, from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. His Memorial Service will follow on Saturday, May 18th, at 12 p.m. also at McCabe Funeral Home.
