Geraldine J.  Hood (nee Kahn), passed away on May 20, 2019 at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of George for 63 years. The loving mother of Donna, Deborah, David (Tracy), and Derek (David). Proud grandmother of Rachael and Erik Harbert and Austin, Kelsey and Natalie Hood and dear sister of Delbert Ralph (Kathleen) Kahn. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Geraldine is preceded in death by her siblings, Eugene and Beverly.

Visitation for Mrs. Hood will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary Service and Time of Sharing at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. She will lie In State on Friday, May 24th, 9:30 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Fabian Catholic Church, 32200 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her name.
