Kenneth P. Klostermeyer, age 73 of Clarkston, passed away October 25, 2020.

Kenneth was the beloved husband of Cheryl for 51 years. Loving father of Erich (Kelly) Klostermeyer. Cherished grandfather of Luke and Cole Klostermeyer. Dear brother of the late Herbert Klostermeyer. Proud uncle of John and Steve Klostermeyer. Kenneth also leaves behind many cousins and friends.

Kenneth Paul Klostermeyer was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 23, 1946 to the late Henry and Alfreda Klostermeyer. Following graduation from Cass Tech High School in Detroit, Michigan, Kenneth attended Wayne State University where he graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1964. Kenneth then enrolled in Detroit College of Law and graduated with a doctorate degree in 1975.

During his college years, Kenneth worked at Warren Pharmacy and it was there he met the love of his life, Cheryl Hafner, who worked alongside him. Kenneth married Cheryl on October 4th, 1969. He dedicated many years as a mechanical engineer at Ford Motor Company, retiring in 2002.

Kenneth was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He also took up wood carving, specializing in duck decoys. Throughout his life he enjoyed golfing, especially during retirement. He will be lovingly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation for Mr. Klostermeyer will be held Wednesday, November 4th, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 North Canton Center Road, Canton. Visitation will continue Thursday, November 5th, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, Canton.
