Nancy Ellen Neblett, age 90, a long-time Detroit area educator, died March 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Thomas R. Neblett and her parents Ann and Harry Glunz and sister Betty (Theodore James) LeRoy.

The Nebletts were longtime members of the DYC and active in the Detroit and the Stuart, Florida boating community.

For the last 8 years, Nancy was a resident of Fox Run in Novi. There she served on the Philanthropy Committee, a scholarship program for their employees. She herself graduated from Michigan State and Wayne State Universities and taught at Southfield High School her whole career.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Nancy Malone of Ann Arbor, James LeRoy of Cincinnati and Lawrence LeRoy of Knoxville, and several grand nephews and nieces.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
