Nedim Okan passed away May 23, 2022 at the age of 89. He was the loving husband of Saadet for 56 years; devoted father of Sema (Mark) Mendelman and Gokhan Okan; cherished grandfather of Evan and Collette Mendelman and Tara Okan; and dear brother of Nevin. Nedim also leaves several nieces and nephews.

Nedim enjoyed farming and gardening. He was also a great fisherman. Nedim will be greatly missed by his beloved family and friends.

Nedim’s family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26th, from 11 a.m. until his 12:30 p.m. Funeral Service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Nedim will be laid to rest at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens, Livonia.
