John B. Holiday, age 82 of Franklin, passed away June 1, 2025. He was born March 5, 1943 in Detroit to Robert and Joyce Holiday.

John was the beloved husband of Mary Ellen for 55 years. He is survived by many loving family members; his niece Jocelyn (Bob Roetzer) Klotz and her children Casey, Emma and Riley; cousins Sean, Brett and Sarah Marshall, David and Glenda Westover, Nancy Barlow, Bonnie Hupton and Bill Engle. He was predeceased by his sister Hannah Nieman.

A memorial gathering for John will be held on Sunday, June 8th from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Franklin Community Kreger House. He will be laid to rest on Monday, June 9th, at 11:00 a.m. at Franklin Cemetery (Northwest corner of Franklin Road and Scenic Drive in Franklin).
