We just still can not hardly believe this wonderful man is gone. So so sad to think we will never see him again. I know everyone did the best they could to help Robert beat this awful cancer.

Rob will always be fondly remembered. I feel fortunate to have known him and been a part of his family.

I couldn't have asked for a better guy to move in right next store. Rob, you were a man a few words but you never hesitated when asked for help. Even if it was to pirate your water system for a few days or just to fix a kickstand on my daughter's bike you stopped what you were doing and quietly got the job done. Your work ethic was crazy. After a full days work you spent hours repairing things around the house and doing yard work but somehow still found time to play with Victoria. That was when one could see you at your happiest. Rob was the kind of person so many of us strive to be. There are not enough words to encompass the kind of man he was and the impact he had on those around him. While his physical presence will be truly be missed his actions during his life will continue to impact so many moving forward.

It is truly sad for his family, parents, sister, wife, and child. Nothing can prepare you for the loss of a loved one but it is comforting to know that he was welcomed home by our Lord and his body is whole again and the torment has ended. I send my most sincere condolences to you, his family.

Lisa, Please know that I pray for you and Victoria and Rob's family now. I didn't know Rob personally but I certainly feel like I did from the many great stories you shared about Rob. As for life's tragedies, so many are inexplicable. I wish I knew the right words to say to ease this terrible pain. What I will say with certainty is that I stake my life on the faith that assures that you and all of Rob's family and friends will be together again. I was deeply saddened to hear of Rob's passing, he was a wonderful husband & father, I worked with Lisa at Comerica Bank for several years & attended their wedding. Such a beautiful family! As always, you remain in my thoughts & prayers especially during this difficult time!
