One of the finest "Gentlemen" that I had the pleasure of working beside at Campbell-Manix. I never met a more knowledgeable engineer of both mechanical and electrical systems than he. He readily shared the depth of his expertise and we all benefited from it. God Bless Mr. Rowe and his family. Rest in peace, you've run the good race.
I think that Richard was my dad Charles Rowe's nephew. My dad passed away in 2006 and Richard came to the funeral. So sorry for your loss.
