I had the privilege and honor to care for Mike when he came for Respite to The Residence of Arbor Hospice. Mike was the kindest man I had ever met. He was intelligent, funny,engaging, MADLY IN LOVE with his wife, Kim and his kids. and BRAVE. I am so very sorry for your loss Kim and family..Thank you for choosing Arbor Hospice to help you all and be a part of your lives. Mike touched many of us here at The Residence. I will never forget him.

Just reading all the notes here exemplifies the genuine great guy that Mike was. He and Kim were truly a pleasure to know and I'm blessed for knowing them. Mike endured much and was a fighter. His family was his rock and God his strength. Kim, I am praying for you and your beautiful family. Mike will be missed by all and I'm happy to know that we will see him again one day. Mike was one of those few people in your lifetime that always made you feel so special to him. He was so attentive and engaging, and when he hit you with that big smile you couldn't help but feel the love. Mike really made me laugh and always left me with such a good feeling each time I talked with him. He and the whole family will always be in my thoughts and prayers. May you now fly with the angels, Mike, forever free of the burden you so bravely and nobly endured. Love you always.

Uncle Mike defined what it meant to be a good husband, father, uncle, brother, and general person to me. He would drop anything to be with the people he loved when they needed him, and put a smile on your face when you didn't think it was possible. I'm proud to be related to such an incredible man. I miss him already, and plan to eat many peanut butter and banana sandwiches with chocolate milk in his memory. Much love to all who knew and miss him as well.

I am so sorry. We used to joke that I put your kids through school with all the tool boxes he sold me. Played softball with him and truly enjoyed his company. A great man.

Mike was one of the nicest guys around. He was always quick to make everyone laugh and had such a big heart! He will always be in our hearts.
