I am the HR Manager at US Farathane in Westland where Waldemar was employed on 2nd shift. Whenever I would see him he would always brighten my day with his stories. I remember one recent day in which he told me that his real name was Waldemar. He thought I did not know this since most people in our plant called him Walter. I told him I did know that Waldemar was his real name and that I really liked it. He said he originally asked people to call him Walter because it was easier but he would really prefer to be called "Waldemar" his real name. I said if you would like to be called Waldemar then Waldemar it is!!! From that day forward myself and the other Managers called him "Waldemar". He also shared with me how much he loved giving Piano lessons to his students. Waldemar was a dear employee and friend to us at US Farathane-Westland and he will be greatly missed.

I will miss my uncle dearly. He had a great sense of humor, and he always had a special way of, lifting you up when you felt down. I will always remember, that he encouraged me to play piano. What was so special about it, is that he never gave up. He was a great father, and a good husband. I will miss his phone calls to my parents. " I love you wujek Waldek, I will miss you a lot, as many will do the same!"
