I remember so many father days together up in Oscoda! He truly became a "vacation relative" due to all those years. Bob was a great example to all of us in how to live life to the fullest as we age and also how to concentrate on what was truly important in life. His devotion and daily care of Nana when she was in the nursing home was inspirational. When talking with him, he was very matter-of-fact about his daily visits and care. 68 great years of marriage-truly until "death do us part"! How wonderful to think of Nana, Jack, Sharon and other dear family and friends welcoming him into Heaven :)
