I Remember...

I had the pleasure of working with Bill at Van Horn Concrete. I was the union steward for the last 2 years before I retired on Sept. 30. Bill and I had a wonderful relationship at work and a very good personal one also. We both communicated with each other very well, and Bill was a lover of Classic Rock also. I am deeply saddened by his untimely passing and will miss him greatly. I still come to work to see the "guys" about once a week, especially Bill and his wonderful humor. He was someone I could call in a pinch with a work situation or just to chat. I will be out of town(Houston, TX) this week and would be their if I could. God Bless, Bill.

Such a shock to hear about Bill this morning in church. I was always so thankful for Bill to score keep for me as a coach at basketball. And his dedication to score keep with all nature's majesties of rain, sleet and snow for softball. And his love of peanut M&M's. His smiling, awesome demeanor will always be remembered.
