I remember Bert being so kind and welcoming to me when I joined the family. She always had a kind and often funny story to tell about Paul when he was younger. Those stories became even more meaningful to me when Paul passed away suddenly. I also remember that it was always clear that Bert's family was the most important thing to her and that she and Don loved one another very much.
