It was an honor to have you as my uncle. I wish I had been able to visit you and Millie more often the last couple of years. I enjoyed our times together; playing golf, Bob Evans for dinner and back to watch sports. Even the Mich/MSU games. Thank you for being my Uncle and friend.

I remember, as a young little league pitcher, you giving me a inning by inning recap of the close HS baseball game you pitched against Billy Hoeft (Detroit starter). Although separated by distance, my mother never failed to keep me posted about your many accomplishments. Brett Griffin
