I don't even know what to say Uncle David was my GREAT uncle by title and by everything that the word GREAT incorporates. I always loved going to the vet office and seeing Radish in the barn. As I got older I appreciated my Uncle on many other levels, I could talk to him and get advice from him (and not just veterinary advice lol). My Uncle took over like a Grandfather to me after all my grandparents passed. He taught me how to shoot a gun in his basement!! The last time I saw him I asked him to sign a copy of his book for me and had lunch and a cocktail with him, my Aunt Jane and my parents. I will always treasure the last time I saw him and glad I have that last memory with him!! I LOVE AND MISS YOU UNCLE DAVID!!! I KNOW I GAINED ANOTHER GUARDIAN ANGEL ??

Your beautiful tenor voice was the spark for the "Melodiers" at the Edison Institute from 1946 to 1950. In later years, you helped make our high school class reunions very memorable events. May Your Memory Be Eternal.
Working with Dr. Roberts at Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital were always interesting. One day, we had to take an x-ray of a horse so instead of hauling the x-ray equipment out to the barn, we brought the horse inside the office. We didn't have any appointments scheduled, but a client brought their dog by for boarding and you should have seen the look on their face when they saw the horse in the hallway of the office. Every day was an adventure.
I remember Doc as a Christian man who help become the woman I am today because he believed in me as a person and pushed me to be better.
From singing with him in the Church choir to having a part in a musical. He made a difference in the world.
