I remember staying overnight at Aunt Helen's and Uncle Jeff's house. In the morning Aunt Helen would make pancakes and Uncle Jeff would put ice cream on them. I had never heard of that, but it sure was good! Now every time I make pancakes I think of them. I love them and will miss both of them. Vicki
