ROWE, Richard V., age 91 passed away peacefully April 23, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Janice. Loving father of Carolyn (David) Blatt, the late Robert, Richard D., Virginia, and Pamela Rowe. Caring grandfather of Aaron (Rachel) Blatt, Amy (Jon) Taylor, and Adam (Lisa) Blatt. Great grandfather to four beautiful great grandchildren- Sloan, Elliott, Isaac, and Sophia. Preceded in death by brother Kenneth (Lynne) Rowe. Survived by brother David (May) Rowe, brother-in-law C. Richard Edwards, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Richard worked many years for H.F. Campbell Company International Design Builders and later Campbell/Manix. Over the years he enjoyed many hobbies including football, sailing, travel, and ham radio. Richard was greatly loved and will be missed by many. A private family Celebration of Life is planned.
