Maureen Goode, age 84 of Canton, passed away June 12, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of Peter for 64 years. Loving mom of Mary (Dan) Hughes, Barbara (Keith) Pinter and Eileen Goode. Cherished grandmother of Katie (Anthony) Bruno, Meeghan Hughes, Lauren Pinter and Allison Pinter. Great-grandmother of Brady, Aiden and Austin. Dear sister of Catherine Franko, Barbara Garwood and the late James Prendergast. Maureen is also survived by her much-loved granddogs Izzy, Kane and Bubba.

Visitation for Maureen will be held on Thursday, June 16th, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with an evening prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton. She will lie in state on Friday, June 17th, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas a’Becket Catholic Church, 555 S. Lilley Rd., Canton.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Maureen’s memory are appreciated to St. Thomas a’Becket Catholic Church.
