McAuliffe, Thomas “Tom” age 67 passed away December 26, 2015. Loving husband of Cheryl for 47 years. Cherished father of Erik (Dawn) McAuliffe and Sharon (Mike) Egyed. Caring grandfather of Veronica, Alexander, Christopher, Zakary, and Genevieve. Dear brother of David, Jack (Linda), and Robert McAuliffe and brother-in-law of David (Denise), Thomas, and the late Arthur “Bud” Berube, Barbara Rose and Catherine (Greg) Pierce.

Tom served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 42 years of dedication. Tom was fond of classic cars, trains, and freighters. He enjoyed spending his time in Northern Michigan, with nature, following the weather patterns, and loving animals. He will be greatly missed by his family.

Visitation Tuesday 3pm-8pm with an evening Rosary at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. In state Wednesday 12pm until time of Funeral Mass 12:30pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23815 Power Rd, Farmington. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society in his name.
