Jean Marie (Peters) McLean, born December 7, 1931, passed away December 18, 2021.

She was the loving wife of the late Bruce for 57 years; cherished mother of Susan McLean and Jean (Joe) Lindsly; dear grandmother of Chad and Stephen Lindsly, Chris (Alex) Humphreys; and great grandmother of Colton.

Jean was the heart of the family and a wonderful friend to all. She was an accomplished bridge player and enjoyed playing scrabble into her 80s.  After high school, Jean worked at General Motors Patent Department and loved being a career woman. She retained a sharp business sense throughout life.  Jean loved spending time with family and  traveling. She had a deep and special love for her entire family and was a cherished sister and aunt.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 21st, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Rosary Service at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. She will lie in state Wednesday, December 22nd, at 10:30 a.m. until time of her Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 4300 Walnut Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Township. She will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association.
