Greg E. Kornacki

April 14, 1992 - September 11, 2024

With heavy hearts, we bid our final earthly farewells to our most beloved son, brother & uncle - Gregory Edward Kornacki (32) born Tuesday, April 14, 1992.

Greg passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, knowing that he was loved and cherished by all those who had the monumental privilege of knowing him.

He has found renewed peace in Heaven with God and has at long last escaped the worldly battles he so bravely fought for 32 years. He lived life to its fullest and is finally at peace.

We will hold him close, always and forever. Greg's memory will live on for eternity - in our hearts and our minds.

Greg is survived by his parents Ed & Nancy, brother Brian (Deanna), twin brother Keith, sister Maria, nieces Emilia & Chloe, and nephews Aidan & Noah. Greg is also survived by his grandmothers Genevieve Ostrowski and Jean Kornacki.

Greg's family will receive guests on Thursday, September 19th, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Knights of Columbus Prayer Service and time of sharing at 7:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. He will lie in state Friday, September 20th, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Fabian Catholic Church, 32200 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills.

Far too soon, for him to be gone

A man of fortitude, courage & strength

Never seeking reward, praise or thanks

Family & friends always on his mind and in his heart

From his first breath to the last, from the very start

No challenge slowed his pursuit of life

He persevered, with all his might

Although his body has run its course

His heart, mind & soul live on in full force

Remember him well, and hold him near
