Robert M. Ryan, age 65 of Farmington Hills, passed away on May 20, 2025.

Robert dedicated 25 years of his professional life to Comerica Bank, where he worked as an IT Project Manager. Outside of work, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cheering on his favorite Detroit sports teams, including the Tigers, Red Wings, and Lions. He was a passionate strategic board game player, always ready for a thoughtful challenge, and a devoted classic car enthusiast who appreciated craftsmanship and history.

Robert was the father of Laura and Thomas (Amy) Ryan, grandfather of Evie Ryan and brother of Linda (Dave) Kelm. He is also survived by his four-legged companions, his cats, Popeye and Olyve Oyl.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lois Ryan.

A Committal Service for Robert will be held on Thursday, May 29th, at 11:00 a.m. at Parkview Memorial Cemetery,  34205 Five Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48154.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Robert's name may be directed to Wolverine Christian Service Camp, 3930 Flint River Road, Columbiaville, MI 48421.
