Stephen Ross Billecke, age 84, passed away July 22, 2025. He was born November 8, 1940 in Elkhart, IN to Theodore and Ruth Billecke.

Stephen was the husband of the late Mary Jane. Loving father of Stephanie (John Edwards) and Scott (Christine) Billecke. Proud grandfather of Owen Edwards, and Teresa, Alexander, and Claire Billecke. Dear uncle of the late Lisa (Ferris) Weissman. He is also survived by Lisa’s husband, Mark, and their children, Sarah and Elizabeth Weissman.

Stephen will be laid to rest on Friday, August 1st, in Rice Cemetery, 400 James Street, Elkhart, IN.
