Paul Raymond Smolinski, age 83 of Farmington Hills, passed away on May 5, 2026.

Paul is survived by his wife, Holly of 63 years; his sons, Paul and Brian (Lara); his grandchildren, Alicia, Scott, Sean, Quinn, Sarah and 4 great-grandchildren.

Paul will lie in state on Friday, May 8th, at 9:30 a.m., until the time of his Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23815 Power Rd., Farmington. Following his Funeral Mass, Paul will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Paul’s name may be directed to the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit.
