P. Jacqueline Carmack, age 77, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, passed away on June 4, 2026. She was born on January 14, 1949, to James (Jim) and Edna (Opal) Perry.

Jackie grew up in Detroit, the youngest of three children. She loved dancing and met her future husband of 56 years, Roland, while out dancing when she was just 15 years old. She graduated from Western High School in 1967, married her sweetheart in 1970, and worked for many years at the collision business that she helped her husband establish. She loved cooking for family and friends and always looked forward to hosting a St. Patrick’s Day feast of corned beef and cabbage as well as serving Grandma’s famous chicken at Christmas. She not only brought the food, but with her vibrant personality she brought the fun to every gathering. She also enjoyed gardening, traveling and shopping but her greatest joy in life was becoming Grandma to her three precious grandchildren.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband Roland, her daughters Kimberly (Jeff Myszynski) Carmack and Kendra (Tony) Mazur, as well as her three grandchildren, Devin Borawski, Sydney Mazur and Ryan Mazur. She also leaves behind her dearest devoted friends Lucky and Nancy Danak, Mary Kay Horsley and her beloved dog, Ellie.

Jackie’s beautiful spirit, although greatly missed, will dance on for eternity.

A memorial gathering for Jackie will be held on Monday, June 8th, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Her Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 9th, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
