Vladimir Dimitrievski, age 78, passed away July 9, 2026.

Vladimir was born on April 5, 1948, in Vratnica, Yugoslavia (now North Macedonia), and served in the Yugoslavian Army. At age 20, with only a packed suitcase, he immigrated to the United States, stopping first in Denmark before settling in California. He later moved to Michigan for better opportunities, where he met and married Jordana. A successful businessman, Vladimir built his life from nothing through hard work and determination.

Vladimir was the loving husband of the late Jordana; devoted father of Kathy (Jon) Henrich and Michael Dimitrievski; cherished grandfather of Karis, Luke and Mark and dear brother of Zora Ristovski and Gordana Dimitrievski. 

Visitation for Vladimir will be held Thursday, July 16th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Road, Farmington Hills. Following his visitation, Vladimir will be laid to rest in Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Vladimir's name may be directed to St. Petka Serbian Orthodox Church.
