Lindsey Ann Sparks, age 43 of Wyandotte, passed away on August 15, 2026. She was born on April 8, 1983 in Ypsilanti to Gary and Kimberly Harris.

Lindsey grew up in Canton, Michigan, where she attended Salem High School before going on to graduate from cosmetology school. She went on to build a career as a hairdresser, a craft she practiced and loved for over 20 years, earning a well-deserved reputation as the best hair stylist among family and friends. Later in life, Lindsey brought her talents to Ford Motor Company, where she worked on the line and as a part-time team leader, earning an award in special trades along the way. Ever the hard worker, she also took night classes to continue advancing her career at Ford, adding to certificates she had already gained through the company. Outside of her professional life, Lindsey held a black belt in Karate, a testament to her discipline and determination.

Above all, Lindsey lived for her children, always putting them before herself. She was funny, loving, and kindhearted, with a sassy streak she happily passed down to her girls. She adored makeup, hair, and nails, and could often be found doing them for others just as she did professionally. She cherished time spent with her kids and loved catching up with her coworkers for a night out. Among her children's most treasured memories are the trip the whole family took to Disney World for Jaelin's Make-A-Wish, and the time she brought the little ones to Great Wolf Lodge. Lindsey will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Lindsey was the cherished daughter of Gary and Kimberly Harris. Loving mother of Kylie, Kaden, Makena, Jaelin, Jayce, Kinsley, and Masen Sparks. Dearest sister of Jeffery Harris and Kelly Brasil.

Visitation for Lindsey will be held on Tuesday, August 25th, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton. Following her visitation, Lindsey will be laid to rest in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
